This policy explains what LoomCamp collects when you visit loomcamp.com, buy the LC 7-Day Upwork Boost or use the LoomCamp Discord bot, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Checkout details from Whop: your name, email and the answers you give at checkout (your Upwork profile link, what you've earned on Upwork, and your daily goal). Whop handles your card details. We never see them.
• Discord details: your Discord user ID, username and server roles.
• What you post in your private channel: your intake, daily logs, wins and the video link you share.
• Challenge numbers: applications sent, time per application and days completed.

How we use it

We use it to run the challenge: to set up your agents, create your channel, track your progress, post the scoreboard, contact you about the challenge and decide refunds. We may use anonymous, combined numbers to improve the program. We only quote your results or words publicly if you say yes first.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the challenge: Whop (payments), Discord (the community), Cloudflare (this website) and the AI tools we use to set up and run your agents.

How long we keep it

We keep challenge records for up to 24 months after your challenge ends, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep payment records longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@loomcamp.com. Leaving the Discord server removes the bot's access to your channel.

This website

loomcamp.com does not use tracking cookies. Our host may keep standard server logs for security.
